We write to ask for your permission for the retention of the temporary steel pier at your yard, located at 700
East Moore Street, to provide necessary access to our dredging vessels and equipment for the execution of
abovementioned Project.
Please be aware that Bean Stuyvesant is currently working to receive a temporary CAMA permit for this
construction and that this temporary steel pier will be removed upon the completion of our operations. Also,
please note that we are providing each adjacent property owner a letter to notify them about the existence of
this temporary structure and ask for their patience and understanding.
We therefore kindly request your written acceptance of this temporary steel pier, and provide a space below
for your signature to indicate your approval.
