In my conversation with Mr. Glover he expressed concern as to bow close you might get to
the corner of his bulkhead, Be says the bottom of his bulkhead is only washed in and not
secured otherwise. I will appreciate you calling Mr. Glover(Billy)to make sure there are
no problems during construction.
