Dear Claude:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of today. We discussed the proposed walkway
and dock for your lot 15 and 15A of Fairy Tale Beach Subdivision.
I pointed out that the dock as drawn seems to encroach onto lot 16A. You agreed that you
would move the dock to the point that no portion of the dock is across the property line. With this
understanding, I agree to your proposal.
I pointed out that there may be some requirement in the CAMA regulations that your dock
be at least 15' away from the property line. I am not that familiar with the CAMA regulations, but
I seem to recall that the 15' setback was an issue in a matter I was involved in one time.
You explained that you wanted the dock to be as far northwardly as possible, to make it
closer to the deep water that loops into lots 15A, 16A, and 17A.
