This Permit is subiect to compliance with this application, site drawing and atached general and specific conditiom. Any
violation of these terms may subiect the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
nullandvoid.
This permit must be on the prolect site and accessible to the permit oftcer when rhe proiect is inspected for compliance. The
applicant cenifies by signing this permit that l) priorto undenaking any activities authorized by6is permit, the applicant will
confer with appropride local authorities to conlirm that this proiect is consistem with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written staternent or ceftilied mail retum receipt has been obained from the adiacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuint this permit und€r the best available
information and beliel certirythat this prolect is consistent with the North Carolina Coascl Management Program.

walkway connecting to a 13'wide x 20' long platform. pier will have a 5, wide x
50' long finger pier which will extend around the boat lift.
