This permit is subiect to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or cMl action; and may cause the perrnit to b€come
nullandvoid.
This permit must beon the proiect site and accessibletothe permit officerwhenthe proiect is inspected forcompliance. The
applicant cenifies by signingthis permit that l) priorto undenaking any actMties authorized bythis permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this proiect is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or cenified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adiacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythatthis proiect is consistent with the North CarolinaCoastal Management Progftlm.
