violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become

Hi Kim,
Oh yea they do pre-date 2009. I did not notice that before. I think they would have depths closer to the 20-24" in the
proposed location but they shouldn't be shallower than 17". I attached a few pictures that may or may not be helpful. I
will discuss reducing the size of the float with the applicant. Let me know if there is anything else you need for
authorization.

Did you find the proposed dock will be completely in 27" of water or will it be similar to the adjacent dock, 17"-20"? '
I think I would be OK,with just 17" at NLW, but I think that is as far as I should ever allow below the 18" minimum. It
also looks like the other floating docks have been there before 2009 when the regs changed.

Hi Kim,
I received an application for a new dock and floating platform in Bradley Creek. I went to verify water depths
yesterday. I used the depths off the existing community floating dock and in the vicinity of the proposed float next to
the bank. I've attached the contractor's drawing and an aerial that I drew the dock on. I plan to request them to shorten
the float to around 20'which is shown by the yellow line on the aerial.
Water depths about 1' off the bank in the vicinity of where the float would go are about 27". The depths on the
landward side of the community dock(to the east) are around 17" and 20" off the front of the dock. I was there around
12:45pm yesterday with a -0.2 low at 11:58am at WB. There are floating docks on both sides. Let me know if DMF
would be ok with permitting an 8'x20'floating dock here.
