violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The

, Larry Dean owner of 913 Salt,Spray came to with the boat lift he would like installed at Slip 1 in the
Landing at Snow's Cut. I believe you sent him my way to get concurrence. Thank you for allowing
navigation to discuss this with the applicant. Navigation will concur with the lift as pictured in the,
attached. We realize there is an encroachment but are.ok with it due to the nature of the project and
