Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

The ARB approved the resubmitted dock/tree plans per the following conditions.
1.One(1)tree was NOT approved.The ribbon was removed from the tree and it has been marked on the plot plan.When trees are removed be sure to
grind stumps as permitted by CAMA guidelines.
2.Prior to completion of the dock,the ARB is requesting-a plot plan for the prospective pathway to the dock including dimensions and materials to be
used.This can be hand drawn on the existing large scale plot plan showing the house.
3.A profile of any structure to be placed on the dock(pergola,gazebo,roof,etc.)as it is to be constructed including a sample of the roof material.
You have the right to appeal this decision before the Board of Directors(BOD). If you wish to pursue this,please make your appeal requests in writing,
and submit to the Property Management Office within fifteen(1S)days of this letter via email to [e-mail] or via mail to 1640%aolej
