/This is approval for'the request of John Blackburn, Owner of lot 44,
Dolphin Bay, to install a boatlift in his slip as per his appiioation. All
necessary permits will be obtained prior to installation and a copy of these
permits will be provided to the Board 9f Directors by the lot owner. The
installation Includes the setting Of thre4 new pilings to be within the
Confines of the present slip area as defined by the present footprint and the
lift will be powered by a solar charged battery. This boat lift will be
mounted only to the new pilings and is to be manufactured and not home
;made. The lot owner shall be responsible for all costs associated with this
lift and will be required to mantain the Unit in good working order. The lot
owner will be responsible for any damage to the unit or caused by the unit.
The cost of removal and replacement of the unit for any reason shall also
`be borne by the lot owner the conditionsof this approval shall convey with

the lot in the event of property transfer and to be officially recorded in New
Hanover County. '`
