About a year ago I applied for a permit to build a sea wall on lot 10,Masonb
ro
Landing and the Homeowners Association signed a waiver as adjacent property owner as is
required by Coastal Management,just as I had to sign when the Homeowners Assaociation
did the filling around the marina.That permit has expired and I have applied
permit and Coastal Management requires the Homeowners acknowledgment by waiver.I
hope that you will sign the attached waiver and fax it to me at 919 7819772 as soon as
possible since my time for obtaining the permit may be short.
The sea wall will only be 150 feet because 1 cannot afford to make it longer and I did not
believe that it will have any impact on the marina except to make it more protected.If you •
