property at 5502 E. Yacht Drive in Long Beach, which is adjoining the City's public boat ramp.
We are also preparing permit applications for construction of a bulkhead and boat ramp.
Enclosed is a copy of the drawing sent you recently showing the bulkhead and ramp. Also •
enclosed is notification/waiver form.

This is a copy of the information I sent Ed Brooks back in '97 when I was first thinking
about putting in a bulkhead. I don't know if it is still valid. I didn't get anything back
from Mrs. Powell on the other side of me,but the copy of the certified mail shows that
she signed the mail receipt. She had asked me at one time to let her know when I was
going to put a bulkhead in. She was considering putting one in also. She may want you
to give her a quote for putting one in on her property.
