NC). Lot#1313 is directly to the west of property owned by the Village of Bald Head .
Island. (Property was formerly known as Sea Oats Trail)
This letter fulfills a CAMA application requirement and is intended to inform you that the
Schick's (Owners of lot # 1312) and Judith Porter are applying to CAMA for a 30-day
emergency permit. Such a permit would allow the owners of Lots #1312 and #1313 to
bulldoze sand from the beach directly in front of those two houses in order to establish a
temporary protective dune.

Head Island, NC). The Schick's are the neighbors directly to the east of your lot #1311.
This letter fulfills a CAMA application requirement and is intended to inform you that the
Schick's and Judith Porter(Owner of lot# 1313 directly to the east of the Schick's) are
applying to CAMA for a 30-day emergency permit. Such a permit would allow the
owners of Lots#1312 and#1313 to bulldoze sand from the beach directly in front of
• those two houses in order to establish a temporary protective dune.
