This permit must beon the proiect site and accessibletothe permit officerwhen the proiect is inspected forcompliance. The
applicant certifies by siSning this permit that | ) prior to undenaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this proiect is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
