Our intentions are to build a home Within the nextseveral years, but put a dOCk and lift in sooner. We are-c.urrently scheduled VI close at the end of March. Asa part of our due diligence in Our purchase,we are applying to CAMA for a permit to construct a pier to a floating-dock and boat lift. I have provided a stamped envelppe for your conVenience. On the form,there IS a waiver section for an encroachment into a,15' Riparian Access Corridor set back-. My Understanding is thatthis is in place to allow sufficient distances between docks.
