I don't have any wetland concerns for the shoreline. Your alignment looks good to me. There is one tiny area that's questionable but I'm not going to claim it as wetlands. Thanks! I 2 conducted a site visit and saw some frag landward of normal water level. So I took some photos and wanted to run it by you to see if this was something that USACE would want to take a look at. The area has been mowed or weedeated some so I just wanted to be sure that it wasn't a 404 wetland area before issuing the permit. A portion of the shoreline contains concrete rip rap. Attached to this email is a KMZ file of the location, the proposed site plan drawing submitted, and some of the photos that I took on my field visit.
