Hey Sarah. Thanks for the contact info. I just stopped by the site. I don't have any wetland concerns
for the shoreline. Your alignment looks good to me. There is one tiny area that's questionable but I'm
not going to claim it as wetlands. Thanks!

Good afternoon Billy,
I have a general permit request for 80' of bulkhead at OBX campground located at 103 Marshy Ridge Road. I

conducted a site visit and saw some frag landward of normal water level. So I took some photos and wanted to run it
by you to see if this was something that USACE would want to take a look at. The area has been mowed or
weedeated some so I just wanted to be sure that it wasn't a 404 wetland area before issuing the permit. A portion of
the shoreline contains concrete rip rap. Attached to this email is a KMZ file of the location, the proposed site plan
drawing submitted, and some of the photos that I took on my field visit. Please let me know if you have any additional
