ATTACHMENT TO ADJACENT RIPARIAN PROPERTY OWNER STATEMENT:
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT TO BE DONE AT 116 DUCHESS COURT,
COLINGTON HARBOUR, COLINGTON, NC 27948:
The existing boat lift will be removed; installation of a new 8K Boatlift U.S. lift to be supported
by four (4) new 8" x 25' round pilings; and dig out two areas, where the backfill has washed out
behind the existing bulkhead as identified on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Install 36 feet of
new heavy duty black mat filter cloth. Install (12) 1" x 8" x 12' double layered sheeting. Replace
(2) 4" x 6" x 16 wales. Replace (4) existing 5/8" galvanized tie back rods. Install four cubic yards
of backfill.
