The first is for replacing the NE 22°d Street bulkhead. The present wood bulkhead here is failing;the deadman tie rods are rusting through and the bulkhead is beginning to collapse. The second is to construct a new bulkhead at NE 30th Street because this street end is eroding due to the wave action of boats transiting the AIWW. I have enclosed a Town of Oak Island check for$200 to cover the application fees.
