confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian

I received a letter by certified mail that stated failure to object to a 15' set aside for Hanson R. Hatcher(
115 S.E. 146'St. ,lot 19)would be considered consent. I do not think this is fair. My husband is ill and
will have surgery for cancer on May 29 and is not able to go and look into this with me. Therefore,I do
object to the set aside because I do not have the time to go and look into it and see if it is in my best
interest. I DO OBJECT TO THE REQUEST FOR A 15' SET ASIDE.
