Dear Mr. Sansotta:
My name is Jason Wall of Able Marine Construction LLC and I have been hired by your
neighbors, Herb Jr. and Tina Paynter to install a 1 OK boat lift in front of their existing
pier located at 318 Sunset Drive in Colington Harbour.
Enclosed is an Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification/Waiver Form that states
you understand a 1 OK boat lift will be installed. The lift must be set back a minimum
distance of 15 feet from your area of riparian access for your property unless you waive
this setback. The boat lift will not encroach on to your property. We are enclosing a
drawing, with dimensions and the location of the boat lift for your information.
We need you to sign and complete your information on the Adjacent Riparian Property
Owner Notification/Waiver Form, which is required by CAMA prior to the issuance of
the CAMA permit. Please make sure you each initial the correct line verifying you have
no objections to this proposal or you do object to the proposal Next in the WAIVER
SERCTION please indicate by initialing the appropriate line that you wish to waive the
15' setback or you do not wish to waive the 15' setback. Please send this document back
as soon as possible in the pre addressed, stamped envelope provided for your
convenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at (252) 573-
8043.

Dear Mr. Bremer and Ms. Flynn:
My name is Jason Wall of Able Marine Construction LLC and I have been hired by your neighbors,
Herb Jr. and Tina Paynter to install a 1 OK boat lift in front of their existing pier located at 318
Soundview Drive in Cohngton Harbour. Mr. Paynter previously provided you with the Adjacent
Riparian Property Owner Notification/Waiver Form for this project which Mr. Bremer signed.
Unfortunately, you also needed to Check the form verifying that you did not have any objection to this
proposal or check that you did have objections.
Also, you need to initial that you waive the 15' setback requirement or you do not wish to waive the
15'setback. As you can see from the attached drawing depicting the project, the boatlift will not
encroach into the 15' setback.
I am enclosing the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification/Waiver Form that you previously
signed and asked that you complete the above referenced items. If you have any questions, please feel
