Enclosed is an Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification/Waiver Form that states you understand a 1 OK boat lift will be installed. The lift must be set back a minimum distance of 15 feet from your area of riparian access for your property unless you waive this setback. The boat lift will not encroach on to your property. We are enclosing a drawing, with dimensions and the location of the boat lift for your information. We need you to sign and complete your information on the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification/Waiver Form, which is required by CAMA prior to the issuance of the CAMA permit.
