a pontoon boat. It will be
the same size and design of
the current lift. The drawing
depicts a rough sketch of
the project.
I understand that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, boat ramp, breakwater, boathouse, lift, or groin
must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by
me. (If you wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)

Permit Request to build boat lift to accommodate a
p4toon boat. The lift is approximately 14' Long X 12'
Wide;,Tiie door to entry is on the port side of the boat.
The intent is to extend a walkway about 13' from dock to
accommodate safe entry through a gate on the forward
