Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Dear Mr. Jennings:
Mr. George Madison is applying for a General CAMA permit with the North Carolina Division of Coastal
Management for a proposed dock system located at Lot 8, Baywatch Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, North
Carolina. The Division of Coastal Management (DCM) requires that all adjacent riparian landowners be
notified of this permit request.
Enclosed is a map of the proposed dock system. Any comments regarding the proposed project should be
directed to Mr.Jim Gregson with the DCM at the address shown below.

(Buyers) , herein has reserved the right to select a lot at Maritime Place for purchase from
Maritime Place Properties, LLC (Sellers) , herein.
It is understood and agreed by the parties herein as follows:
1. Buyer hereby reserves Lot #

Buyer's failure to return the executed reservation contract within 10 days, or close within 30 days after
being notified, can result in the forfeiture of the rights created by this reservation contract.

4. Upon receipt of this package the Buyer shall have two options:
a) Sign the Offer to Purchase & Contract, and return to us within seven (7) days of

a full refund of the earnest money deposit paid by the Buyer on the Reservation Contract. If
Seller does not receive any notification and/or communication from Buyer within seven (7) days
of the receipt of this package, Seller shall at its sole discretion have the ability to render
this reservation contract null & void, at which time the Seller shall send to buyer, within
seven days, their earnest money deposit.
5. Buyer shall not assign or convey his rights herein, or agree to assign or convey his
rights herein, or to advertise for sale, to anyone prior to receiving a deed to the lot
indicated in Item #1 listed above without written consent from Seller. This pertains to the
reservation contract and the Offer to Purchase & Contract.
6. All earnest money deposits are to be made payable to: Liles & Godbey Trust Account.
7. This reservation contract is subject to Seller obtaining all necessary permits in which to
construct a twenty-two lot subdivision with associated amenities (Subdivision map herein
attached) . This .reservation contract is subject to the seller taking title to the subject
property.
8. The Buyer(s) has the right to rescind this reservation contract, prior to execution of the
