Bulkheads can not be relocated into the water. • Proposed 76' dock extends almost 30' more into the water body than neighboring docks. "State regulations forbid construction of a pier beyond an established pier line—the point over the water where neighboring piers end."(UNC-SG-BP-92- 01).
