Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

All dock posts will be round 6" or 8" tip 12 feet marine wood
All posts will be sunk no less than 6 feet down
All posts will be on 8 foot centers
All dock bands will be 2 inch by 8 inch by 16 feet with 3 running parallel the full length of
the dock, salt treated ground contact lumber
All girders will be double 2 inch by 8 inch by 5 feet, every 8 feet the entire length of the
dock, ground contact salt treated lumber
All decking will be 2 inch by B inch by 4 feet every 51h inches with a 3/6 inch joint
between and nailed in place using 6 31/2 inch ring shank galvanized nails on every
board, salt treated lumber
All bands and girders will be through bolted using a % inch galvanized bolt 12 inches
long
Dock size will be 650 feet long and 4 feet wide with an 8 foot by 16 foot and "T" section
