Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

a small boatlift and a floating pad for a jet ski. The permitting process
requires that each adjacent property owner be notified as to the scope and
location of the project.
This project should enhance your property's value by demonstrating that
your property does have access to navigable waters. Also, permitting a pier
on your property will now be much easier as I have worked with the
governing authorities on the guidelines for your area.
The attached drawings will detail the projects footprint and demonstrate that
all structures will be beyond the 15-foot setback from your property line,
also we will hug the channels bank as much as possible to facilitate up-
stream traffic.
I am including a consent form and return envelope, by giving your consent
to the project you will help to speed up the permitting process by about a
month.
If you have any questions please call me, I will be glad to walk you through
the project.
