Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

On behalf of the above mentioned applicants, I am requesting a CAMA General permit
for construction of a shared pier on lots 341 and 342 of Seascape at Holden Plantation.
James &Deborah Yorio are the owners of lot 341 and their mailing address is 2224
Streatlea Lane, Matthews,NC 28105. Their street address at Seascape is 657 Augustine
Ave., Supply,NC 28462. Bob Barbour is the owner of lot 342 and his mailing address is
1820 Bull Frog Rd.,Fairfield,PA 17320. His street address at Seascape is 659 Augustine
Ave., Supply,NC 28462
As required by condition#49(a) of Seascape's CAMA Major permit,the sixteen
waterfront lots east of the subdivision's marina will be limited to a total of eight piers
(shared piers between every two lots). The general permit now requested would
authorize the second shared pier on the eastern waterfront. The enclosed figures should
