I understand that at least one of them is for sandbagging an access point (not a home), is that correct? All of them show a home or ridgeline as the reference point for placing the bags, but not all of the project addresses have homes on them. Can we get the applicant/consultant to clarify where the sandbags are proposed for Plummer and Brantley? The addresses do not make sense with the schematic, which shows work 20 feet from a house ridgeline. A map or GoogleEarth KMZ with the location of the bags marked would be very helpful. The Plummer application appears to confuse 415 East 1st and 415 East 2nd, and 416 East 1st and 2nd. The location of the work should be clarified. The Brantley application appears to interchange 4 different addresses (417 East 1st Street, 417 East 2nd Street, 419 East 1st Street, and 419 East 2nd Street). The location of the work should be clarified. For the Moody property, the address appears correct. However, it is unclear whether the applicant proposes to place the sandbags within 20 feet of the structure, since the schematic is different and does not clearly indicate 20 feet from the roof line. I would like to get more information on the proposed location and alignment of the sandbags for that property. For the Connor property, the schematic should be corrected to show the address of the work to be completed.
