Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that I)prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit,the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief,certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

We agree to the below work to be done. All work being done in 15'
riparian corridor to be replaced in existing footprint.
(1)Remove and dispose of existing tee head on B dock.
Build and install new tee head.
(2) Repair damages to A and D dock tee heads. Install new and rewrap existing
Styrofoam Billets with CAMA approved filter cloth.
(3)Remove and replace broken pilling on E Dock. Replace existing broken
Styrofoam Billets. Rewrap filter cloth on any billets that were damaged from storm.
(4)Remove and dispose of broken 3' x 40' finger pier on C dock. Install two (2)wooden
Pilings in place of new finger.
(5)Remove damage flotation tubes on A dock and install new tubs.
All of above repairs to be done in the same existing footprints.
The above work is for 15' setback Waiver for Riparian Emergency General CAM Permit.
The repair on E-dock are within the15' riparian corridor as is which is why they need the
waiver.
Andy is in the field today so I wanted to provide a little more clarification just in case that helps everyone
involved.
The emergency permit requires that structures be replaced exactly as they were pre-hurricane Isaias and
as depicted in the attached WaterFronte Villas 2006 survey. I've also attached the emergency general
permit for reference. Note section 15A NCAC 07H .2504 (c)and section .2505(a). The signed waiver
will not allow for new piers or mooring pilings within the 15'area that were not there previously. Hope this
