He has hired PFL Construction to complete the project and has authorized PFL to act as his authorized agent regarding the permit. Mr. Mantooth is seeking a Major Permit to allow for the construction pf an observation pier that will include a walking section that is 56' long and 6' ft wide, with an observation area at the end that is 16' x 16'. The structure will have a 2x6" board that is elevated 12" around the perimeter of the structure. The observation pier does not require the use of equipment and is to be constructed by hand. Approximate cost of job is $15,000. A graph paper drawing has been submitted with application. Final drawing will be submitted by engineer, as discussed in previous email.
