On behalf of TP1 LLC I would like to request a CAMA General Permit for their property located at 6905
Running Brook Terrace, New Hanover County.As shown on the attached figures, an 18'x8'fixed dock
with single boat slip is proposed.An 18'x8' fixed platform and an 8'x8' fixed platform are included as
well as stairs for access. The water depths in the vicinity of the slip are -2.5 to -3 MLW. No floating
structures are proposed. A $200 fee check is attached. Adjacent riparian landowners have been
notified by certified mail and the return receipts will be provided once they are received.
Please let me know if you have questions or need anything in addition. I would be happy to meet you
at the site at your convenience.
