Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythatthis project is consistentwith the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 50' long
walkway connecting to an 18' wide x 21' long platform. Pier will also have a 5'
wide x 32' long concrete finger pier extending off the right side of the walkway.
This will include a 5' wide x 28' long wooden finger pier between the two boat
houses. Dock is to be built within the existing footprint and slightly smaller in
size.
We propose to install a new 12'5" wide x 16'5" long gazebo roof. This will be a
hip roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof. This will be a hip
roof having a pitch of no greater than 6/12.
We propose to install a new boat lift. This lift will sit on piling brackets that will
attach to the center boat house pilings.
