Anthony M. Parisi and wife, Nancy C. Knapp -Parisi, of 154o Duck Road, Duck, NC 27949, Grantee.
The designation of Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs,
successors and assigns and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as required by
context.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
Grantee in fee simple, all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Duck, Atlantic
Township, Dare County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
Being all of Lot No. 297R, as shown and delineated on that certain map or plat dated August 15,
2005, entitled in part, "Lots 296R, 297R and 298R, Sanderling Subdivision, Donna E. Meese,
Trustee, Atlantic Township, Dare County, North Carolina, Minor Subdivision Plat", prepared by
Coastal Engineering & Surveying, Inc., recorded in Plat Cabinet G, Slide 16o, Dare County
Registry.
Title to the property hereinabove described was acquired by the Grantor by instrument recorded
in Book 1302, Page 497, Dare County Registry.
A map showing the above described property is recorded in Plat Cabinet G, Slide 16o.
All or a portion of the property herein conveyed does not include the primary residence of a
Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
Grantor covenants to and with Grantee that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, has
the right to convey the same in fee simple, that title is marketable and free and clear of all
encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, subject to the exceptions hereinafter stated:
1. Ad valorem taxes for the year zozo and subsequent years;
z. Restrictive covenants and the amendments thereto, if any, of record in the
aforesaid Public Registry;
3. Easements of record; and
4• Any local, county, state, or federal laws, ordinances, or regulations relating to
zoning, environment, subdivision, occupancy, use, construction, or
development of the subject property.

me. (If you wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)
