Management, 127 Cardinal Drive Extension, Wilmington, NC 28405 or call 910-395-3900
within 10 days of receipt of this notice. No response is considered the same as no objection if
you have been notified by Certified Mail.
WAIVER SECTION
I understand that a pier, dock, mooring pilings, breakwater, boat house or boat lift must be
set bck a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access-unless waived by me. (If
you wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)

requested by our client, Masonboro Harbour Homeowners Association, we are contacting y
ask for your permission for several new bulkhead tieback anchors to permanently extend p
ur property line.
Jr client is building a new bulkhead wall immediately outboard of their existing timber wall. 1
w wall will be utilizing galvanized steel soil anchors to provide horizontal stability to the new w
ie to the exposed height of the new wall, the soil conditions, and the anticipated amount of lc
plied to the soil anchors, these anchors will be approximately 24 feet long (22'-2" +/- horizor
)jection). They will be inserted at a downward angle of roughly 10 degrees from horizontal. 1
w wall will be installed with approximate 1'-3" to 1'-9" gap between it and the existing wall (wh
I be left in place). Due to the proximity of the new and existing bulkheads walls at th
rthwest end to your property line, several of the new soil anchors will have a portion of th
igth on your property. All of the anchors will be below the existing top of grade in a range of
to 8'-3" when they cross the property line. We estimate a total of approximately 10 to 12
chors will cross the property line.
