Rob, I appreciate you talking to me last week regarding the high water
determination of 18 Channel Avenue.
In our discussions, I appreciate the discipline and scrutiny that CAMA
applies in determining high-water marks on Banks Channel. In fact, I am
thoroughly impressed with your professionalism on this issue. Each time I
have talked to you about the high water determination, your knowledge and
expertise is apparent.
The photos enclosed represent a random sample over the last four weeks.
(I did not take any photos this past weekend. The storm tide was extremely
high. In fact, high tide reached the current old bulkhead on 18 Channel
Avenue.) These photos represent everything from a new moon through a full
moon.
Rob, I appreciate you recommending reviewing the current high-tide
marking. I know that you want to be sure that this is accurate prior to any
building. It will be significantly better to have this issue totally resolved
prior to any construction.
Rob, please notify me of your decision at your earliest convenience.
