riparian landowner to our property located at 6452 Quail Run Road,Wilmington. Although the attached letter is
addressed to William Eakins and we have not received a letter addressed to us regarding the matter referenced
therein,this letter references plans that would effect our property. Although we have not received a request from
Mr. Marston regarding the permit he is seeking from your office, I thought it would be best to respond promptly.
Additionally,I have attached documents sent to us from F&S Marine Contractors,Inc. Apparently,Mr.Marston is

he proposal by Richard Marston, to construct a bulkhead on his property, adjacent to your property,
)uail Run Road, located in Wilmington, New Hanover County. Based on the information provided by
pplicant, the proposed bulkhead will not extend beyond Mr. Marston's property lines. It has been
etermined that the proposed project complies with the Rules of the Coastal Resources Commission
7H.1100), and as such, the Division has issued a CAMA General Permit for the proposed action. I hz
nclosed a copy of the rules which govern the issuance of permits for piers, docks and boat houses.
If you wish to contest our decision to issue this permit, you must file for a contested case heari:
