The previous dock wouldn't allow for boat maintenance.
The overall square footage is the same and the width of the dock has
decreased by 8 ft.
100' x 4' =400 sq. ft.
25' x 4' = 100 sq. ft.
8' x 8' = 64 sq. ft.
16' x 4' = 64 sq. ft.
Total = 628 sq. ft.
