Mr. Jim Gregson:
I will agree to the request of the bulkhead if the following three conditions are met:
1)As discussed with Charles Overbeck on 10/27/04, Charles will get with Paul Kester to
determined the angle and location of bulkhead tie-in to the existing bulkhead.
2) Charles builds new bulkhead as close to existing bulkhead as possible(with respect to
building/construction feasibility).
3) Locations of riparian corridors are critical to lot 1, lot 2, and lot 4(Parmele Isle)
because of the curvature of the lagoon. Documents have been recorded with New
Hanover County defining the riparian corridors(Book 2330, page 953 and Book 2330,
page 961). In addition a Map has been recorded(Book 37, page 361)to show exact
location of corridors—approved by CAMA. I will agree with the request if it is stated in
the issued permit that the addition of the new bulkhead will not change the riparian
corridors and water rights of lot 1, lot 2, and lot 4 of Parmele Isles as recorded with New
Hanover County (Book 37, page 361) and CAMA copies me on the permit with the
statement.
