To Whom It May Concern:
We received the enclosed waiver form on March 15, 2004. I have called the Division of
Coastal Management in Wilmington numerous times following the receipt of this form,
but I was always directed into voicemail and nobody returned my calls in spite of
assurances that they would be returned.
I have an objection against constructing the proposed bulkhead 2 feet beyond an old
concrete/asbestos wall (which is barely visible)which would put the new wall about 3
feet beyond the existing wall. We believe that this is not consistent with the published
RCregulations.
