Greg, Please review the following items included in your bid for$27,548 to determine
where we can save some cost if we are looking at $1000 for a survey:
10 x 12 deck with 12 x 14 Gazebo Overhand
8 x 14 Floating Dock
4 ft wide walk way- approx. 200 feet
10,000 lb. SportLift Electric Boat Lift including electrical service

It appears to me one of the areas we may save some cost is the type of boat lift. In a
quick check on the Internet, there is one site that shows a 6000 lb. electrical lift for
$2,675.
The question is will 6000 lb. be sufficient for a 20 to 24 foot boat? The site is
www.marineco.com.
We can discuss this after you speak to the surveyor. Thanks
