1. All proposed development and associated_construction must be done in accordance
with the application submitted on May 12,2003. All construction must conform to
the I .C. Building code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal
regulations.
2. Any change or chines ire thu plans for devet ptneut,construction, or-land-use
activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit.
3. The amount of imperviar,>s.surface shall not exceed-30%of the lot area within the 75'
of the normal high water contour/normal water contour, which defines the Coastal
Shoreline AEC at this-ioeation. In-this case 1 319t2 square feet of impervious surface
is authorized.
4. In order to prevent sedimentation, a vegetated buffer zone must be maintained
between all disturbed areas-and the adjacent.water body or marsh. In this-case a 30-
foot wide buffer has been accepted.

time as the area is properly stabilized with vegetated cover.

Water Quality
20) The N.C. Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has authorized the proposed project under Gene
Quality Certification No. 3274 (DWQ Project No. 011659), which was issued on 4/4/02. Any
of the certification approved by the DWQ will be considered a violation of this CAMA permit.
Sedimentation and Erosion Control
NOTE: A modified Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan will be required for this proje

activity. Submit this modified plan to the Department of Environment and Natural R

due notice from the Corps of Engineers, to remove relocate or alter the structural work or obs
