Dear Sirs: I am objecting to a waiver for this project because I am unable to determine what effect,if any,it might have on access to the waterway from the lot in which I share ownership with my sisters. The diagram accompanying the waiver form(copy attached)is inadequate to explain which items the waiver is intended to cover. Furthermore,the measurements are vague or missing which also adds to the uncertainty. No additional explanation of the project was provided.
