I have reviewed the attached site and waterfront dock area drawing and
as an adjoining property owner i have no objection to the proposals indicated
at 976 Gaye Avenue, Topsail Beach, NC.

boathouse or boat lift must be setback a minimum distance
15 ' from adjoining riparian accesses unless waived by the
adjoining riparian property owner. As an adjoining propert
