individual applying for this permit has described to me as shown on the attached drawing
the development they are proposing. A description or drawing,with dimensions, should
be provided with this letter.

must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access- unless
waived by me. (If you wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate

Dear Mr.Young,
Tax records show that you are the owner of lot 185,Harbor Acres on Marlin Drive,Holden Beach,NC.
This letter is being sent to you by certified mail as required by CAMA(Coastal Area Management
Association).
We will be closing soon on the property at 148 Marlin Drive,the house and lot just to the left of your lot.
After that closing,we plan to install a boat lift next to the dock. We plan to locate the lift on the side
opposite from your property,not on your side. See the attached sketch for its location.
A permit is required from CAMA to install this lift. The permit requires us to give notification of this
intent to the owners of lots on either side of this property. We have received signatures from the owners of
the house at 150 Marlin Drive.
Please sign the attached CAMA form confirming receipt of this notification and return to us in the enclosed
