It does not clearly state that the new retaining wall will not encroach further into the marsh than the existing structure.It needs to clearly state that the new structure will be continuous with my sea wall. This is important to me, because the retaining wall will determine the set back for locating a new residence that will be built on this property. A difference of even one foot will adversely affect the view and access to the prevailing southerly breeze at my home.
