The CAMA field rep, Mr. Vaughan, is now requesting that each adjacent property owner"waive"their set back. This is usually something done if a new structure is going to encroach on the 15' set back. In this situation the entire dock is already encroaching on that 15' Setback,but they are still requesting confirmation that the adjacent property owners have no objection to the Boat Lift in slip# 5.
