confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s).

Or at least mentally, I was down yesterday. Beautiful as usual.Temperature was perfect for all doors and
a few windows open.
Obviously we both have some work to be done on our piers.You might have yours almost back to
normal without outside assistance it looks like, end of your pier looks like old times I noticed. Mine is
bad enough that I have to get a permit at least amended and updated. Something about percentage of
replacement. Which of course means getting permission from adjoining property owners.
Your family has always been very accommodating in that regard, but I might need to get something from
you or your mom as appropriate. I'm getting A Wall construction (they did Basnight's new pier)to put
concrete decking on. No change in anything else, profile should actually be sleeker which should mean
you and Graham will have a cleaner shot casting underneath, and the concrete will be less likely to snag
your lures.
