Our concern is not driven by any ill will. To the contrary, we want to be a good neighbor and always respectful of our responsibility to that end. Our objection is merely based upon economics. We have consulted specialist in the residential real estate field and this waiver could clearly reduce the value of our home should we ever have to sell.
