Mr. Mairs:
I request that a permit be issued to authorize the work described by the attached
plans. I represent the property owner on which the work is located and/or
which is adjacent to the water.
The adjacent property owners to this project have been furnished copies of this
application and related plans.
This project is to do maintenance excavation at an existing docking facility in
the amount of 500± cy to maintain the ability of the facility to accomodate deep
draft yachts. The spoil will be barge loaded and transported to an existing diked
spoil area near the intersection of Shinn Creek and the AIWW as shown on sheet 1.
