I support whatever action he may need to take to protect his structure. He needs to be sure that the structure is located on his property. It would appear by the information presented by the Engineering firm representing Mr. Kratsa there may be an encroachment on Association owned property. If Mr. Kratsa has extenuating circumstances that would support an encroachment on the Association property then I would encourage him or his Engineering firm to supply the Board of Directors with a letter of justification and request to allow the encroachment. If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Once again,we offer our full support for the structure on his property. Cc.
