Hi,
My opinion is that the end of the dock, at 20' is too large compared to
nei boring docks.

grasses growing in the marsh in this area.
I do not agree to waiver any setback from my property line.
There is also in place an old fishing dock shared on the property lines. I do not agree to removal
of the dock due to the possibility of erosion as the dock is embedded in the embankment. Also
oyster beds, and other shellfish and vegetation disturbance would occur.
Appreciate your time listening to my concerns.
