- The riparian corridors and set back distances of proposed construction activity to the riparian corridors

2. A revised cross-sectional (side view) drawing of the proposed structure indicating the following features:
- Depth and elevation of the proposed structure relative to the existing ground level.
- Mean low water and normal high water lines.

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Sound, at high water mark, the Southeastern corner of Lot
No. 10, owned by William P. Willis; thence running in a westwardly direction Two Hundred
(200) feet, along with and adjoining the Southern line of Lot No. 10, to the Northwest corner, an
iron pipe in the Eastern line of sixty foot (road) Sidbury's Drive thence Southwardly along the
Eastern line of said road, or Drive, Sixty(60) feet to an iron pipe; thence Eastwardly and parallel

as recorded in deed book 1220 page 131, point located on the west side of Sidbury Drive
(abandoned 60' right of way) said point located N 50 degrees 43 minutes 33 seconds W 244.91 ft.
from an existing iron pipe on the eastern right of way line of Scotts Hill Loop Road (60' right of
